We are seeking a highly skilled Trainer to join our team at InsideHigherEd. As a Trainer, you will play a critical role in providing intensive coaching and training to school districts in supporting the social, emotional, and behavioral needs of students across the state.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee project implementation and deliverables by providing on-site technical assistance in all aspects of the certificate program.
- Provide intensive coaching support to school districts, training existing school staff in supporting the social, emotional, and behavioral health needs of students.
- Assist the project manager in overseeing user progress through learning content and coordinating coaching interactions between learners and coaches.
- Prepare reports and professional presentations using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Canva, and Rise 360.
- Requires a bachelor's degree and 2 or more years of experience, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of certification, training, education, and/or experience.
- Master's degree in area of speciality preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication and organizational skills required.
- Salary commensurate with qualifications.
- Full-time position with a standard working schedule of 8:30am – 5:00pm.
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the department.
