+ Plan, direct, and oversee day-to-day operations for all areas of parking garages/lots, valet, transportation, and employee commuter services
+ Plan, direct, and oversee day-to-day operations for Reception Services
+ Select, train, monitor, and evaluate department employees and oversee the management and direction of the contracted parking and transportation staff.
+ Prepare and administer department budget and plans and manage allocation and use of personnel and material resources.
+ Plan, monitor and ensure compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, and accreditation requirements.
+ Participate in and/or provides leadership for hospital-wide and inter-departmental committees, programs/initiatives, and events.
+ Perform ongoing monitoring, assessment, and development of department operations,
programs, and services. Establish and maintain dept quality improvement program
+ Further own professional growth and development through participation in professional/industry organizations and attendance at conferences, seminars, and other continuing education programs.
+ Participate in pertinent community and industry programs and organizations
To qualify, you must have:
+ A Bachelor's Degree and 5 to 7 years related supervisory/management experience is required
+ The analytical skills necessary to resolve problems requiring a professional level of knowledge in a specific discipline/field and/or improve, enhance or upgrade complex clinical, financial, data processing, marketing, or human resources systems and programs
+ The ability to effectively manage the employees within assigned unit/dept and to persuade and negotiate with peer-level managers on issues and programs that impact assigned unit/dept.
+ Work requires effectively dealing with conflicting views or issues and mediating fair and workable solutions
