This organization has seen a great deal of growth and is looking for an experienced human resources leader who’s worked in a fast-paced and growth focused environment in the past. The SVP of HR is a new position to the company, and will be responsible for driving company culture, strengthening values, establishing policies and procedures, and reinforcing the behaviors needed to support the company's strategy, objectives, and activities. The successful candidate is strategic, yet hands on, as many aspects of the role require individual contributions at personal, staff, business, and technology levels. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the SVP of HR will lead a geographically disbursed team. As a member of the executive team, the SVP of HR will partner with the CEO, the management team, and operating leaders in managing the company’s ongoing evolution and growth. This organization is undergoing significant growth and has plans for future acquisitions. It will be critical for the SVP of HR to define the short- and long-term strategy, as well as ensure an alignment between HR and the business strategy. The SVP of HR is responsible for directing all the people functions of the business in accordance with the policies and practices of the business, the ethical and social consciences of business and society and the laws, regulations and administrative rulings of governmental organizations and other regulatory and advisory authorities and organizations. They will also be responsible for the strategic human resource planning to provide the company with the best people talent available and to position the company as the Employer of Choice. Responsibilities: Develop and manage a comprehensive Human Resources strategy aligned with the company's vision. Provide strategic HR leadership that emphasizes measurable contributions to business success, including revenue growth, profitability, market share, customer service, and expense management. Recruit, motivate, and develop top-tier staff. Lead a talented, flexible, and responsive HR organization with a high sense of urgency and customer orientation. Establish credibility across all field organizations by being a proactive senior leader and change agent, demonstrating a deep understanding of business objectives and goals. Plan, develop, implement, direct, and evaluate the organization's HR functions and performance. Act as a strategic partner in the development of corporate plans and programs, particularly from the perspective of their impact on people. Translate strategic and tactical business plans into HR strategic and operational plans. Assess and advise on the impact of long-term planning, new programs/strategies, and regulatory actions on the attraction, motivation, development, and retention of the company's human resources. Develop HR planning models to identify competency, knowledge, and talent gaps, and create specific programs to fill those gaps. Oversee the integration of multiple acquisitions. Experience: 10+ years in a Director or VP-level HR position. Experience in a private equity-backed or similarly fast-paced environment. Experience managing a multi-site environment with a distributed workforce, ideally in clinical healthcare. BS/BA Degree required. Experience with acquisitions and integrations is preferred. Multi-state and multi-site experience preferred, ideally in CA, WA, TX, CO, AZ, ID, OR, and NV.
