Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills with Vendors, Affiliates, Stakeholders, Corporate Shareholders and Company Employees.Work independently and in a lead capacity as a team member; adapt to changing department needs; establish and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external clients. Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem solving skills.Interpret and explain complex rules, policies, and procedures.Must be able to work at a fast pace, perform duties while under pressure and meet deadlines in a timely manner. Must be able to organize own time to accomplish goals. Prioritizes appropriately in order to accomplish critical tasks first.Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and be detail oriented.Make decisions on a variety of complex matters in accordance with established procedures.
