Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Financial Analyst Lead with a minimum of six years of experience in finance or accounting. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of accounting principles and proficiency in accounting software and databases.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the management of incentive payments and accounts payable information.
2. Ensure accuracy in provider claims and incentive payments prior to issuing Electronic Fund Transfers (EFTs) and paper warrants.
3. Conduct complex financial analyses, including budgeting, trend analysis, and forecasting, while preparing reporting templates and summarized financial information.
4. Interpret and upload forecast data into financial systems to provide insights on profit and loss.
5. Generate accurate cash flow, sales, and expense projections to meet business requirements.
6. Analyze budget and midyear forecasts, preparing presentations with recommendations for senior management.
7. Develop financial controls, procedures, and forecasting techniques to evaluate contract and program status, ensuring compliance with government and customer requirements.

Qualifications:
- Six or more years of finance or accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and software.
- Proven experience in preparing financial analyses and reporting packages.
- Proficient in Excel and MS Office, with the ability to learn new financial systems.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accountability for accurate revenue and expense projections.
- Must reside in California.
- Hybrid work environment with 1-2 days in the office as needed for meetings.
