Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare journal entries and assist in the monthly reconciliation.
  • Monitor assigned balance sheet and P&L accounts for accuracy.
  • Communicate financial results to the leadership team.
  • Oversee daily activities related to the corporate credit card program.
  • Generate various audit document requests in high volume to support annual audit completion.
  • Aid the Tax & Compliance team in preparing, submitting, and processing monthly, quarterly, and annual filings, encompassing Sales & Use, PPT, Business Income, and Annual Reports across 15+ states and local jurisdictions.
  • Assist the Tax & Compliance team in assembling supporting documentation for various tax and compliance audits and appeals.
  • Support the financial reporting team in ad-hoc projects and financial analysis.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Capability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Deadline-oriented with the ability to perform well under pressure.
