We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator with expertise in benefits administration, data analytics, project management, and technical systems proficiency. This role requires a strategic thinker capable of managing HR projects and delivering impactful insights through data-driven decisions to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency. Responsibilities
HRIS Administration:
•Serve as the primary contact for HRIS transactions spanning the employment lifecycle (e.g., recruiting, benefits, onboarding, offboarding, etc.).
- Process employee data changes and ensure employment data accuracy and integrity.
- Provide support for workplace projects & initiatives (e.g., performance management).
- Facilitate explanations of employee benefits plans, timekeeping processes, and the use of HRIS and benefit portals for enrollment and change management of personal information and elections.
- Provide backup support for processing biweekly payroll, including coordinating between payroll and employees to ensure a thorough and accurate accounting of employment and life status changes impacting pay and benefits.
- Collect and fulfill state requests for unemployment, garnishment, disability, and related needs.
- Provide support for leaves of absence, open enrollment, and related efforts as needed
- Assist with various HR team projects and initiatives.
- Participate in project team meetings.
- Assist in tracking project deadlines, providing information/reports, and executing related tasks.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or (equivalent training and experience) in a related field is strongly preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience in an HR administrative/support role.
- Familiarity with federal HR compliance requirements.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.
