Job Description: Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Sr. Facility Systems Control Engineer to join our team In this role you will get to perform integrated, multidisciplinary assessments that assess survivability of critical U.S. and allied national/theater mission systems, networks, architectures, infrastructures, and assets. The Navy and Marine Corps Mission Assurance (MA) Program and FRCS Program requires highly specialized technical, analytical, and investigative support services to develop and conduct comprehensive assessments of an Installation and/or Facility critical infrastructure, utility infrastructure, and operational utility technology, which includes FRCS as it relates to the warfighter’s risk. These assessments create visibility for Commanders at all levels and provide the ability to understand where there are risks to a warfighter’s missions and the supporting mission-critical facility/infrastructure, utility system, and FRCS. What You'll Be Doing: Assessing the installation, operation, and utilization of enterprise Facility-Related Control Systems (FRCS) Be able to address cybersecurity concerns of FRCS and with the Risk Management Framework (RMF). Utilizing experience in all aspects of critical infrastructure protection programs or projects in the areas of homeland security, domestic preparedness, emergency operations, emergency and crisis management, counter terrorism, physical security, and vulnerability assessments. Assessing the installation, operations, and other areas of critical infrastructure protection programs Reviewing compliance with government and company security policies and procedures What Required Skills You'll Bring: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and at least 7+ years of experience Professional Engineer (PE) in Control Systems Engineering required. Must be able to travel up to 20% Must have a Valid US Passport Must have Top Secret Clearance What Desired Skills You'll Bring: Ability to conduct assessments in various military installations.
