Role Overview

As Relyance AI's Technical Product Manager, you will help bring new products and improve existing product offerings at Relyance AI. This role requires you to think critically and craft products with first principles. You will work closely with Relyance AI's Engineering, Data Protection, Customer Success, Sales, and Legal teams to ensure that high-quality products that solve pain points for our customers are developed and shipped.

As a Technical Product Manager, your role will include:
  • Familiarizing yourself with customer workflows, pain points, and objectives by using your curiosity. This means approaching product management from an end user's vantage point and improving their lives.
  • Crafting exceptionally clear product requirements (written and visual), and managing product roadmaps and OKRs.
  • Managing the entire product development lifecycle for your products to ensure the right products are prioritized, built, shipped, marketed and adopted.
  • Interfacing and collaborating with multiple stakeholders to communicate the vision, end goal and help ship products to market:
    • Engineering teams to drive feature development.
    • GTM teams to get your features to market.
    • Executives to align on product strategy and communicate updates and risks.
    • Customers to understand their challenges, pain points and help drive the adoption of new features.
  • Crafting and measuring quantitative metrics and KPIs to determine the delivered value, product usage, and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct post-mortem reviews, help audit existing processes to assess project and process efficacy.
You will get the opportunity to:
  • Bring products from 0 to 1 in the data privacy, security and governance space. These products will help Relyance AI customers to better protect data and respect the fundamental right to data privacy.
  • Talk to a wide range of customers, prospects & internal stakeholders to identify trends, strategic opportunities and influence the Relyance AI product strategy.
  • Question and improve the current state. This role will require a "whatever it takes" approach to ideate, translate, and ship products that will benefit the customer and the company.
This role could be a fit for you if you bring:
  • 4+ years of product management, product development, or prior experiences in strong product management functions that have involved building and shipping products to market.
  • Experience with the PM tech stack (ie. dIRA, Figma, Productboard, Aha, Amplitude, Pendo, etc., Product Testing Tools etc.).
  • Experience using quantitative (e.g., metrics, analytics) and qualitative data (e.g., research, user feedback) to inform product prioritization and decision-making
  • SaaS experience, technical fluency, and an ability to understand modern software systems (microservices, APIs, client server architecture etc.) to help drive strategic and technical discussions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for articulating product requirements, customer challenges, and GTM messaging. This role will require the ability to effectively convey complex product ideas and strategies to a range of stakeholders, including executives, engineering, GTM, and end-users.
  • Experience in product operations to set up or tweak existing processes for maximum efficiency.
  • Ability to wear many hats and pivot based on company needs.
  • Excitement and curiosity about taking on new and varied responsibilities in a fast-growing, dynamic organization.
Bonus points for:
  • Experience with data privacy regulations (like GDPR, CPRA etc.), security practices and frameworks or data governance.
  • Experience with Python, Java, Go, or Ruby.
  • Experience with Machine Learning or AI.
  • Bringing curiosity and a growth mindset to the work you do.
