Streamline AI is a seed stage B2B SaaS startup specializing in legal intake software solutions for in house legal teams. The platform streamlines legal processes, simplifies document management, and enhances collaboration between in house counsel, law firms, and other stakeholders. 

Responsibilities  

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and launch innovative product features and enhancements
  • Provide detailed and clear product requirements (PRD's) and user stories to guide development efforts
  • Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap
  • Oversee and project manage engineering development tasks to ensure timely product delivery and adherence to quality standards
  • Experience collaborating with engineers and engineering teams, with a deep understanding of the engineering perspective on building products
  • Prioritize product features and manage the product backlog based on user needs, business goals, and resource constraints
  • Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to inform product strategy and decision making
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify user needs and pain points
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and industry partners
  • Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management

Qualifications

  • MUST have 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS or legal tech environment
  • MUST have a technical background and understanding of software development processes and methodologies
  • Experience with Agile product development methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Kanban, Asana)
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills
  • Self motivated, proactive, and adaptable in a fast paced startup environment
