Reporting into the Vice President Creative Brand & Services, the Director Creative Operations will be management and development of creative organizational design of workflow, technology, process and data, providing continuous improvements and fine-tuning the communications and marketing business processes. Provide increased visibility with valuable analytics to both internal teams and business partners. Responsible to provide operational insights based on data analysis to improve the organizations bottom line and overall customer experience.

This role will also serve as the managing director to the Account Executives and Project Managers, who are the direct link between the market and corporate business partners, and the service lines within Corporate Communications. This role will serve as the key contact for operational workflow in relation to marketing and communications with regard to all operational aspects of the marketing processes. Accountable for offering an integrated approach to communications while providing end to end oversight to the customer experience by promoting the Corporate Communications operational standard of excellence in conjunction with providing process efficiencies.

Responsibilities for Director Creative Operations

Management of the Creative Operations department and associated teams.

Tracks the overall production and workflow management for Corporate Communications to ensure it continuously supports the enterprise and needs of the business partners.

Liaison between all corporate and market communications teams and leadership; serving as the change management agent and workflow subject matter expert in relation to Creative Operations, and communications and Marketing.

Lead efforts in continuous improvement with harmonizing, refining and creating team processes and workflows.

Identify business challenges, implement operational improvements, merging operations expertise with technology development and workflow management, while developing efficient solutions for our business partners.

Manages internal / external expectations; identifying efficiencies and improvements of process and technology.

Defines / evaluates process & technology needs.

Defines system governance.

Identify addressable opportunities to implement workflow improvements.

Develop solutions to streamline and simplify complex workflows.

Education/ Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree Required in marketing or communications, or related field.

5 to 10 year’s experience in a marketing or communications agency, or in-house corporate department.

3 to 5 years as a people and process manager.

Prior experience with Adobe Workfront is required.

Six sigma certification preferred, but not required.

Agile, goal oriented personality, driven to succeed and always up for a challenge.

Strong analytical abilities with proven track record of improving creative operations and scaling processes for efficiency.

Can balance efficiency and creative reasoning – you think and act quickly, iterate when necessary and constantly look for win-win recommendations.

A natural problem-solver who is able to navigate multiple stakeholders towards the best business solution.

Process oriented approach looking to influence efficiency

Creative thinker with a solution-oriented approach and ability to identify opportunities and efficiencies.

Possesses exceptional written and oral communication skills, proactive, organized and action oriented.

NOTE:

AmeriHealth Caritas utilizes a hybrid work environment with associates working from home two days a week and in the office three days a week. The functions of this position will be performed onsite at our offices located at 3875 West Chester Pike, Newtown Square, 19073
