Type: Full-Time; Direct Hire

Location: North Phoenix

Pay Range: 60-70K DOE

Responsibilities:

Handle all administrative, operational, and SAP-related tasks for assigned business accounts. Deliver exceptional customer service, managing every aspect of the order fulfillment process. Proactively oversee daily order fulfillment processes, enhancing and securing market collaboration opportunities. Coordinate with key customers on service needs, including pricing, order status, and product information. Provide updates to customers on order status and changes following sample submissions, ensuring all relevant information is current. Gather, document, and address customer complaints according to established protocols. Work with sales, logistics, warehousing, and finance teams to resolve issues and ensure appropriate services and corrective measures. Discuss order processing and returns with the service manager before addressing any unmet customer needs. Process customer orders, verify inventory, and communicate shipping details after scheduling discussions. Prioritize orders based on delivery requirements and electronically processed deliveries. Ensure all necessary internal and external reports related to business accounts are accurate and up-to-date. Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to ensure efficient and timely execution.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. High attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software. Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) is a MUST.
