Key Responsibilities:
- Update customers on the status of their orders.
- Answer overflow phone calls from stores and warehouse lines.
- Post updates and engage with customers on Facebook and other social media platforms.
- Respond to customer inquiries through email tickets promptly and professionally.
- Interface with sales and support staff to assist customers with their needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving issues and answering questions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of reports on customer feedback and service issues.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in using social media platforms and email.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with PC hardware and gaming is a plus but not required.
