Job Overview

Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Specialist who will act as the primary point of contact between our organization and its existing and prospective clients. The ideal candidate will take responsibility for articulating our offerings, generating interest, and coordinating appointments.

This position requires in-person attendance. Remote work is not an option.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle a significant volume of outbound calls efficiently while adhering to communication protocols for various topics.
  • Assess customer needs, clarify details, investigate issues, and provide effective solutions or alternatives.
  • Capitalize on opportunities to promote additional products when appropriate.
  • Foster long-lasting relationships and engage clients by going above and beyond.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our call center database in a clear manner.
  • Regularly participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge and performance metrics.
  • Achieve personal and team qualitative and quantitative objectives.
Required Skills
  • Prior experience in a customer support capacity with a proven track record of exceeding performance targets.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and active listening abilities.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and methodologies.
  • Strong customer orientation and the ability to adapt to various personality types.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and utilize time efficiently.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Employment Type: Full-time - Compensation: $18.50 per hour
