Document Control Specialist

Candidates for this position must have:

  • 2+ years of relevant industrial experience in document control and administration
  • AutoCAD experience is required
  • Knowledge of engineering document control standards
  • Knowledge and understanding of construction plans and diagrams
Responsibilities
  • Generally responsible for document management for projects and personnel
  • This work will be performed under general supervision
  • Document management of hard copy and electronic files for distribution which may include scanning, converting between different software packages, printing, scanning and/or copying
  • Researching files and records to locate appropriate documents as requested by other personnel
  • Generating activity reports as required by the project managers
  • Ability to organize effectively
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Web Collaboration Tools and Adobe Acrobat
Qualifications

Education:Associates degree preferred. High School Diploma or equivalent is required,
  • CAD-related degree/certification or equivalent knowledge required
  • Current TWIC required
