Availability for 12 hour shifts NEEDED
Day and Night shifts available
Direct Hire - $18-$21/hour depending on experience
We are hiring Production Assemblers/Operators for 3rd/Night Shift positions with our client in the injection mold industry. The ideal candidates will have experience working in a manufacturing environment, preferably within injection molding, and possess strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform assembly and operation tasks in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Make molds to be installed by injection mold operators/technicians
- Inspect parts for defects or imperfections and take corrective actions as necessary to ensure product quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including routine cleaning and sanitation of equipment and workspaces.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team members.
- Monitor production processes and identify opportunities for process improvement or optimization.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Complete required documentation accurately and in a timely manner, including production logs, quality records, and inspection reports.
- Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and troubleshooting as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations, including attendance and punctuality requirements.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment, preferably in injection molding.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read and interpret work instructions and specifications.
