Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Buyer, Construction and Equipment. As a Senior Buyer, you will be responsible for overseeing the purchasing process for construction and equipment projects. This includes conducting market research, identifying suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing vendor relationships. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (APICS certification preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Procurement (required)
- Experience with procurement of construction materials and/or gym equipment (preferred)
- Working experience in relevant ERP software (Netsuite financial proficiency preferred)
- Experience in vendor management and negotiation
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
