Steve Vinklarek - State Farm Agency, located in West Lake Hill (Austin, TX) has an immediate opening for a full-time Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative. Must have recent state farm experience and an active Property and Casualty license. This is an in-office job but we offer the use of our company car to get to/from our office located in West Lake Hill (Austin), TX. We will also consider a flexible schedule where one day a week can you can work remote if desired.

We are offering:

  • Offering up to $1,000 sign on bonus for the right candidate
  • Use of our company vehicle a 2022 H yndai Ioniq (approx 60 mpg)
  • Flexible schedule - 1 remote day per week
  • Will also consider a relocation incentive for qualified candidates

Role Summary:

The main role is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, maintain high customer satisfaction and support our awesome sales team Ideal candidate is a professional with a great attitude. Someone with an outgoing, energetic, vivacious personality Someone who has 'never met a stranger,' has stellar computer skills, the ability to multi-task, works well with their peers, and has a true passion for helping others. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Answer phones and greet clients.
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
