Customer Experience Representative

SECOM is looking to hire a full-time, Customer Experience Representative to support our customers, answering questions about our products, services, and their accounts. Your main interaction with customers will be over the phone however we also have customers that love to visit us in person.
This is a great opportunity for somebody who has strong typing and computer skills, including MS Office; ability to navigate the internet, we are selling access to the internet after all; someone who can work independently, and someone who loves to interact with customers.
While we'd love you to have experience, we are willing to train the right person for this job

That means that you get a 3-day weekend every week You will need to work 7:00am - 5:30 Monday - Thursday though. This is an amazing opportunity to work in a great team environment. This is a union position; you will be required to join the union and pay dues on a monthly basis.
You'll be spending most of your day at a computer and talking on the phone but don't worry we provide headsets for you. No two phone calls are the same. You will be handling a variety of issues, talking with our customers from all over southeast Colorado.
While this might sound like a whole lot of work that you haven't done before, we train employees to understand the products and services we offer.
JOB REQUIREMENTS While we'd love you to have customer service experience, it is not a requirement. What is required is:
- Strong customer service skills, oral and written
- 10-key by touch
- Being an independent worker
- Having great communication ability, both with customers as well as our team.
- A valid Colorado driver's license
