This position pays a competitive wage of $13.00/hr-$15.00/hr, depending on experience. A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

As an HVAC Customer Service Representative, you arrive each day determined to provide superb customer service to our clients and help keep our office running smoothly. Your primary responsibilities are to answer phones, schedule and confirm appointments, make follow-up calls, and process invoices. Often you work as a liaison between our clients and other departments to ensure that they are taken care of promptly.

Your positive, friendly disposition comes through in all your interactions and is one of the reasons our clients enjoy doing business with us. Your attention to detail and excellent communication skills ensure that their needs are met. You are never bored as there are always a variety of office tasks that you can help with. You love that you get to interact with people every day and enjoy keeping busy.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
  • Customer service experience
  • Phone skills
  • Scheduling skills
  • Competence in Microsoft Office

Any experience in the HVAC industry would be a plus but is not required. We can train the right person on the industry-specific aspects of this job. Do you have excellent interpersonal skills? WORK SCHEDULE

This is a full-time 8:00 am - 5:00 pm position with some overtime during the busy season. We work one Saturday every 4-6 weeks.
