How You Will Make an Impact

No prior automotive industry experience is required to apply We are seeking individuals with various industry backgrounds. Our guests expect luxury, value, and world-class service. As a Brand Specialist, you will be responsible for extending world-class hospitality and ensuring each guest has a memorable experience to develop a loyal customer base. You will directly impact whether we become our guest's favorite place to purchase, lease, or service their vehicle

What Winning Looks Like:

  • Demonstrating a high "HQ" (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity
  • Communicate effectively with customers and prospects via phone, e-mail, or in-person
  • Handle all incoming internet sales inquiries in a timely, professional manner
  • Build strong rapport with customers
  • Maintain an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business
  • Assist customers in appropriate vehicle selection and stay abreast of new products, features, accessories, etc.
  • Demonstrate automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; taking test drives; comparing competitive models, and describing all optional equipment available for customer purchase
  • Learn to overcome objections, negotiate price, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards
  • Prospect daily for potential customers
  • Attend product and sales training as requested by the Sales Manager
  • Realize that business is built on customer service and be devoted to guaranteeing satisfaction to our customers
  • Maintain follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a high CSI score
Skills Needed to Win:
  • Ability to effectively manage time to meet and exceed targets
  • A strong desire to succeed
  • Previous customer service experience is required, dealership experience preferred
  • Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections & negotiating
  • Possess superior customer-focused communication skills
  • Must have a clean and valid driver's license, along with reliable transportation
