Summary

In partnership with the Procim Project Manager and Project and Client Finance teams, the business analyst administrator is responsible for day-to-day system function and data integrity, troubleshooting integration failures, facilitating further training, and assisting in the development of an overall system-to-system strategy. The right candidate would excel at critical thinking and communication.

This position will support our Agency Central Services team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show-site 2-3 days per week. The ideal candidate will be based out of any of the following locations:

Dallas, TX Orlando, FL Nashville, TN Chicago, IL Washington, DC

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Perform system administration tasks, including user/group administration, security & routing permissions, research queue warnings and errors, and resource monitoring, while ensuring application programming interfaces work together seamlessly Ensure and measure master data integrity through reports, charts and dashboards Interact with executives, managers, subject matter experts and development teams Participate and run ongoing training on integration and knowledge of application Interact with users and other system teams to assist in troubleshooting, identifying root cause, and providing technical support when needed Perform routine/scheduled function and data audits of the application

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, such as finance, economics, marketing or operations management or equivalent experience in a similar role Familiarity with events and financial/accounting systems and processes preferred One (1) or more years performing similar duties Proven ability to manage projects and data Working knowledge of IT systems/bots Working knowledge of Procim is highly preferred
