JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Our client is seeking a highly skilled R&D Scientist II to join its team, focusing on supporting regulatory submissions of In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) quality control products.
- This role encompasses product development for In Vitro Diagnostic Quality Control, executing projects with thorough documentation, and maintaining laboratory instruments and inventory.
- The successful candidate will be instrumental in formulating and testing samples, preparing reagents, and summarizing data for study reports.
- Develop In Vitro Diagnostic Quality Control products.
- Execute projects with comprehensive documentation.
- Conduct laboratory experiments including sample formulation and testing.
- Maintain R&D laboratory instruments and manage material inventory.
- Prepare detailed documentation, including data summary and study reports.
- Strong background in Biochemistry or Chemistry with IVD medical device industry experience.
- Experience in product design and development within the IVD field, including familiarity with the Design Control process. Hands-on experience with immunoassay and/or clinical chemistry assay development, clinical analysers, and reagent development.
- Must have experience with new product design and development, familiar with Design Control process.
- Hands-on experience of operating clinical analyzers.
