The right individual will be an effective member of the senior management team with an active role in shaping and executing the divisional strategy.

The Reconstruction General Manager will have primary responsibility for the estimating, sales, and project management of the Reconstruction Division. He or she will be measured on revenue generation, quality, customer service, and productivity.

**Other Responsibilities**

In addition to the key strategic objectives above, the following responsibilities will also be part of the job:

Delivering corporate financial results and achieving plans through daily management

Providing leadership with clear and concise communication for a team

Achieving company objectives and planned results

Developing, training, and coaching team members to meet and exceed performance objectives

Manages recruiting, staffing of employees and subcontractors while projecting future needs

Establishing and ensuring superior customer service levels within the department

Collaborating and Reporting to the COO

Collaborating with the Water Division to improve inter-division processes and close rates

Responsible for ensuring compliance in all regulatory processes and programs

Manage employee relations

**Other Requirements**

Associate Degree with 5 years of multi-site management experience. Bachelors Degree is preferred. Note: While a degree is preferred, Dry Force recognizes that life/work experience speaks volumes to a candidates capabilities

Ability and willingness to travel up to 40% of the time (2 days a week, no weekend travel)

Exceptional customer service skills

Solid understanding of business reports and KPI reports

Ability to identify areas for performance improvement

Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test

Valid drivers license

Experience with Lean / Six Sigma methodologies is a plus

Pay Range $90,000.00 Annually to $120,000.00 Annually
