Summary:
This position is responsible for working with Baptist Health team members, vendors, and GPO to collaborate, identify, and implement quality and cost saving initiatives; plays a key role in achieving the annual savings goal. This position is a member of the CQVA team which is dedicated to: work closely with the CQVA Manager and CQVA Team Chairpersons to identify improvements in the financial performance of the Baptist Health System, maintaining a savings tracking tool. Must possess strong problem solving abilities, analytical skills, and a desire to learn. A high level of communication and technological skills is required as well as the ability to work both independently with minimal oversight and in teams with non-financial personnel. This position is the main point of contact for maintaining the critical data base information associated with the CQVA initiatives; stays current on project and contract activity. This position prepares pertinent reports and metrics for all team levels and presents findings. This position is responsible for managing and completing the internal audit of CQVA programs in compliance with the requirements as outlined by the Baptist Health Internal Audit Department.

1. Education:
A. Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting highly preferred but will consider a Bachelor Degree in Business or other related field is required. Strong Microsoft Office Suite and system analysis skills required.
B. Ability to pass required system competency tests.

This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
