Reporting to the Vice President / General Manager of South Texas Concrete, the Operations Analyst is responsible for planning and controlling South Texas Concrete overall financial information, plans and systems. This position appraises operating performance in terms of costs, budgets, operating policies, capital planning, trends, and increased profit opportunities.
