Job Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Purchasing Coordinator with a minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement and a degree in supply chain management. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and cost-effective procurement of goods and services essential to our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and secure high-quality suppliers for all goods and services needed.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.

Establishes and maintains effective working relationships by communicating verbally and in writing with management, colleagues, external entities, vendors, contractors, the general public, and suppliers.

Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate contracts to secure advantageous terms.

Generate and process purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner.

Track and manage orders to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.

Monitor and analyze inventory turnover to minimize excess and obsolete inventory.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing and procurement.

Proven track record of successful vendor management and negotiation skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in using procurement software.
