Job Description
This is a remote position.

Reporting to Director of Business Solutions (part of Business & Digital Transformation Team), as a CRM Salesforce Analyst, you'll be responsible for analyzing, configuring, and maintaining Salesforce CRM systems to support business operations and enhance customer experiences. You'll collaborate with various stakeholders, including sales, marketing, customer service, and IT teams, to understand requirements, design solutions, and implement enhancements within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

  • Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document CRM requirements, including process flows, user stories, and system functionalities.
  • System Configuration: Configure Salesforce CRM platform based on business requirements, including custom objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, validation rules, and process builder automation.
  • Data Management: Ensure data integrity and quality within Salesforce CRM by managing data imports, exports, data cleansing, deduplication, and ongoing maintenance activities.
  • Customization and Development: Customize Salesforce CRM using declarative tools (e.g., Lightning App Builder, Flow Builder) and collaborate with developers for complex customizations using Apex code and Visualforce pages when necessary.
  • Integration: Integrate Salesforce CRM with other business systems (e.g., ERP, accounting, marketing automation, customer support tools) using APIs, middleware, or pre-built connectors to streamline data exchange and processes.
  • User Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce CRM features, functionalities, and best practices to maximize user adoption and efficiency.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics within Salesforce CRM to provide actionable insights to business stakeholders and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Security and Compliance: Implement security measures and access controls within Salesforce CRM to safeguard sensitive data and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements, system optimizations, and new features/enhancements within Salesforce CRM to drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce CRM platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration and customization using declarative tools (e.g., Process Builder, Workflow Rules, Lightning App Builder).
  • Experience with Salesforce data management, including data migration, data modeling, and data quality assurance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand complex business processes and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, gather requirements, and provide user support and training.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201), Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, or Salesforce Certified Sales/Service Cloud Consultant are preferred.
  • A minimum knowledge of Salesforce integration with accounting systems is a must. Experience or knowledge of Accounting Seed is a clear plus.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce CRM administration, configuration, and support roles.
  • Previous experience working with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) in a business environment is highly desirable
