As our Salesforce Administrator, you'll be instrumental in managing and enhancing our Salesforce CRM platform. From customization to integration and user support, you'll be the driving force behind ensuring Salesforce aligns seamlessly with our business needs.


Essential Functions:

  • Salesforce Customization for Property Management: Tailor Salesforce to meet the specific requirements of our large single-family property management company, enhancing efficiency in building management, resident relations, and client opportunities.
  • Integration and Automation: Streamline operations by integrating Salesforce with external property management systems and automating key processes such as tenant onboarding and maintenance scheduling.
  • User Support and Training: Act as the go-to resource for our teams, providing comprehensive support and targeted training to maximize Salesforce utilization across the organization.
  • Data Management: Oversee data integrity and security measures, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in property portfolios and tenant information.
  • System Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize Salesforce performance, adapting workflows and customizations to meet evolving business needs.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Develop insightful dashboards and reports to empower strategic decision-making based on real-time property performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Experience as a Salesforce Administrator, preferably in a property management or real estate setting.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce customization, integration, and reporting tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for providing excellent user support and training.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
