In this Program Analyst position, you will work closely with all the Workforce Development Division Branches. Typical assignments include: Analyzing, evaluating, and improving the efficiency of internal administrative operations; Creating, revising, and maintaining policy and doctrine; Tracking policy, doctrine, and associated materials through established clearance/concurrence process; Maintaining a central repository of established policy/doctrine and established revision cycles; Liaising with other organizations within the Directorate to evaluate doctrinal gaps; Analyzing any deviation from policies and doctrine and working with supervisor and team to determine the need for policy and/or doctrine revision and/or creation. Qualification Profile

Conditions of Employment

Experience may be obtained in the federal government, a state or local government, or private sector, and must demonstrate the following: Editing documents such as memos, briefings, policies, and/or doctrines on program operations and/or processes; and Analyzing programs and/or processes for effectiveness and briefing on results; and Collaborating with partners to improve programs OR or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree. or LL.M., if related OR Combination of education and experience.
