Mission: Ensure that the Spare Parts and Modernization offers are available & profitable during the service-only Period, after the Product End of Commercialisation on Electrical Distribution scope (MV/LV/Protection relays). Manage the Service activities needed during the Product Withdrawal Projects (20 projects in portfolio). Activities: The PWP Service Portfolio lead monitors the portfolio of PWP where services Lob is required, mainly for Spares & Modernization. She/he is part of the different projects and ensures that: Ensure that the Service Strategy is well reassessed, by working with the Product Owner or the Offer Design leader from Spare & Modernisation offers. Follows each activity of implementation of Spare Parts for Service side in strong collaboration with the Phase Out Spare Part offer design. If a Modernisation solution is identified in the Service Strategy, she/he checks that the project is well integrated into the modernisation backlog. She/he will not be in charge of New Modernisation offer development. She/he will call for resources in Spare Squad, in collaboration with the Spare Squad Scrum Master if needed. She/he will have a regular role to inform about the roadmap (Spare ED PO, Industrialisation & Supply Chain leadership, ecofit centres). She/he leads an internal governance meeting around the portfolio, as well as a pre-stage gate review within Service to bring One Voice during the Product Withdrawal Project stage gate. She/he will consolidate the budget spent, and support budget planning. Profile: Project Manager with good knowledge of MV/LV equipment and services (maintenance, spare, etc.), structured, familiar with material environment, knowledge in Agile. Languages: English. Quality skills are a plus. Success measurement: Contribute to PWP acceleration objective from MV. Service strategy validated at Do stage gate, and alert to management if no clarity. Spare Part at Quality (definition if not available, transactionalisation readiness at Sell Stage Gate). Pre-stage gate review on time & quality. Budget follow up. Qualifications: BE (Electrical). 7-10 Yrs of Experience. Technical Knowledge of substation up to 132 KV. Knowledge of Electrical Distribution / e-BOP/Utility. Should have hands-on Project Management.
