We would like to have YOU join us and create a playful culture together Responsibilities: Partner with warehouse stakeholders to provide financial insights, analysis, and decision support to drive business performance and achieve strategic objectives. Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets for warehouse facilities, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and financial targets. Analyze financial performance metrics, including sales, margins, occupancy costs, and operational expenses, to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities, target audiences, and key messaging. Analyze marketing performance metrics and KPIs to track campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies for maximum ROI. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in finance or related roles, with a focus on retail, real estate, or warehouse operations; experience in the retail industry is highly desirable. Strong analysis skills, including proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software applications; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is preferred. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights and recommendations. Employment type: Full Time, M-F 9:00am to 5:30pm Location: 6338 Regio Ave., Buena Park, CA 90620 Salary: The rate of pay is between $90,000.00 and $95,000.00 yearly.
