Job Description:

  • Software Request Management: Efficiently manage and process software requests in accordance with company policies.
  • Data Continuity: Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data within HAM Pro, including maintaining and updating hardware (HW) models.
  • Hardware Asset Oversight: Take responsibility for managing HW assets within the designated area, ensuring all assets are accurately recorded.
  • Repository Maintenance: Regularly monitor and maintain the HW repository, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze HW data and generate reports to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Risk & Cost Assessment: Collect and retain HW asset data to assess risks and evaluate costs effectively.

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years in an Asset Management role including hardware and software
  • Must have experience with ServiceNow
  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow, particularly the IT Asset Management (ITAM) module.
  • Experience configuring and customizing ServiceNow to align with asset management process
  • Strong understanding of hardware and software asset lifecycle management.
  • Experience in maintaining accurate records of IT assets, including procurement, deployment, and disposal.
