Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Applications Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for the configuration, validation, implementation, maintenance, and ongoing support of various IT applications and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Regeneron Cell Medicine (RCM) Blue Mountain Regulatory Asset Management system as the Technical System Manager (TSM)
  • Lead efforts as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on system configuration, technical change controls, CMDB hygiene, and audit-related activities
  • Support the development of technology solutions, processes, and/or integrations to ensure that IT systems meet business needs and align with architectural governance and standards
  • Collaborate with architectural leadership in the planning and design of new solutions
  • Participate in the evaluation, design, and analysis for the implementation of solutions and/or integration architecture across business applications or technologies
  • Act as a Technical SME/Lead on initiatives for Blue Mountain (RCM BMRAM)
  • Responsible for system documentation, including converting user requirement specifications to a detail design specification, writing configuration test plans, and summary reports
  • Configure reports (tabular, trend, and labels)
  • Act as a TSM SME on audits
  • Process IT applications change control requests and work with validation and quality departments to ensure IT applications are implemented following a development life cycle approach
  • Provide end-user support for IT applications, including troubleshooting problems at the application server level
  • Oversee all aspects of application configuration, development, and upgrades
  • Work to build monitoring metrics for support of the application and oversee major and minor enhancement schedules
Requirements
  • BS/BA in Information Technology or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
  • Project management experience and professional qualification preferred
  • GMP experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry highly preferred
