Universal Energy Solutions is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Renewable Energy Retail Sales Representative to join our team in Cleveland, OH. As a representative of Universal Energy Solutions, you will make a direct impact in helping customers transition to sustainable energy solutions that benefit both their homes and the environment. Key Responsibilities
  • Engage customers in retail environments to provide education and promote the benefits of renewable energy solutions.
  • Generate leads and follow up with interested customers to convert them into sales.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide clear explanations of our renewable energy offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and they are satisfied with their purchases.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotions and events that drive customer engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Experience in retail sales or direct customer engagement, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
  • Strong passion for sustainability and renewable energy solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage customers and identify their specific needs.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales goals.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools and maintaining sales records.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
