Data Integration Specialist Operations Pay Range: $19.69 - $22.64 Full-time with generous benefits package POSITION SUMMARY: This position is the primary administrator for empowOr, working with agency staff to ensure accurate information is maintained and updated on a regular basis. This position gathers and enters data, provides training and ongoing technical assistance to staff using empowOR, works with staff to gather data from other databases and ensure accurate entry into empowOR, attends statewide meetings and work groups pertaining to data and empowOR, and provides reports from empowOR for internal and external uses. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintains a high degree of accuracy with all data entry. Contributes to the success of DCP by actively contributing and accepting guidance as appropriate, participating in activities and trainings as requested, and understanding and promoting the mission and goals of DCP. Accurately transcribes information into several different software and databases as required. Regularly reviews and corrects data in empowOR to ensure accuracy and completeness. Prepares reports for department managers/staff and regulatory agencies as requested. Trains other DCP staff on empowOR use as needed. QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED FOR POSITION: Experience and Skill Requirements: The following requirements and skills are considered essential: 2-3 years of experience with data gathering and maintaining databases. Ability to comprehend and interpret rules, regulations, and procedures. Computer proficiency, including familiarity with spreadsheet/word processing software, MS Office. Strong interpersonal skills. Strong knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics. Ability to work effectively; organize, prioritize, and plan work-related tasks. Maintain excellent organizational skills. Education/License/Certification Requirements: Associate's Degree in business, finance, or a related field is required. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
