Drive new product development using agile product development methodologies

Lead product development, manufacturing, & supply chain teams

Scale up operations departments to support growth

Integrate acquisitions into Caldera’s operations structure

Monitor inventory levels and implement effective demand forecasting and inventory management processes to prevent backorders

Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations to achieve milestones within defined constraints

Collaborate with peers to drive alignment around and achievement of company objectives

Develop and implement strategies to meet COGS outlined in targets

Ensure supply chain and manufacturing capacity exceeds demand

Analyze and optimize product cost structure throughout its life cycle

Minimum Requirements

12 years of manufacturing, supply chain, or product development experience

4 years of department head for manufacturing, manufacturing engineering, or product development

Experience on product development teams

Experience scaling up manufacturing/supply chain

BS Degree in Engineering

Compensation Information

Base: $240k, depending on experience Variable: 30%

Total Comp: $310k
