Role Description:


We are seeking a full-time Director of Operations to oversee and enhance the daily operations of our MedRock Pharmacies locations. This pivotal role involves managing teams, implementing strategic budgeting, and ensuring exceptional customer service. A key objective is to replicate our successful pharmacy model by creating tight workflows and repeatable processes, opening new locations, and ultimately transitioning the business to an owner-absentee model.


Key Responsibilities:


- Replicate Pharmacy Model: Develop and implement standardized procedures to ensure tight workflows and consistent operations across all locations. Refine processes to enhance efficiency and patient satisfaction.


- Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations at existing pharmacy locations. Monitor performance, address operational challenges, and ensure compliance with company standards.


- Expansion Planning: Lead and coordinate the setup of new pharmacy locations. Ensure that each new site aligns with our operational model and strategic goals.


- Transition to Owner-Absent Model: Develop and implement strategies to transition MedRock Pharmacies to an owner-absentee business. Create systems and processes that enable operations to run smoothly with minimal direct oversight.


- Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage pharmacy staff. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment to drive team performance.


- Budgeting and Financial Management: Implement and monitor budgeting strategies to ensure financial efficiency. Analyze financial reports and make strategic decisions to optimize resources.


- Customer Service Excellence: Uphold the highest standards of customer service. Address patient inquiries and concerns to ensure a positive experience.


- Strategic Decision-Making: Utilize analytical skills to assess operational performance and make data-driven decisions. Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and innovation.


Qualifications:


- Proven experience in operations management, preferably within pharmacy or healthcare settings.

- Strong analytical skills for strategic decision-making and performance improvement.

- Demonstrated ability in team management and leadership.

- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on patient satisfaction.

- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
