Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Serve as the primary point of contact for fleet customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Monitor customer satisfaction and implement strategies to improve customer retention. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics. Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager on progress and challenges. Customer Service Responsibilities: Resolve customer complaints and provide conflict resolution to customers. Visit customers to provide and maintain excellent customer relations. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the automotive or fleet industry. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse customer base. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness to travel as required. Physical Requirements: Must be able to pass post-offer drug test. Must have a valid driver’s license and clean motor vehicle record. Compensation: Base annual salary $70-75k based on experience + Commission.
