Minimum Qualifications Minimum of 5+ years of senior leadership experience Experience with Machine Learning development and evaluation Experience with building and shipping products at scale Proven and consistent track record of forming senior partnerships to solve complex technical problems at scale, ideally for products with a global customer base MS/PhD in Machine Learning, Computer Science, or equivalent experience in a related field Preferred Qualifications

Passion for product and customer experience Shown aptitude for leading a breadth of product areas simultaneously Proven record of gaining technical expertise on the job; demonstrates the ability to learn new technologies independently. Excellent understanding of an ML-based product lifecycle. Demonstrated depth of knowledge and application of statistics-based evaluation methodologies or user success metrics. Experience with systems engineering; in-depth understanding of interdependencies of ML and SW components. Experience leading a team of senior engineers Ability to develop a long-term vision and execute strategies at scale while maintaining a grasp of technical details for better decision-making Experience delivering or supporting products across multiple organizations, establishing cross-functional partnerships Experience with SVP-level presentations and reporting At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $282,000 and $450,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan. You’ll also receive benefits including: Comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, a range of discounted products and free services, and for formal education related to advancing your career at Apple, reimbursement for certain educational expenses — including tuition.
