POSITION OVERVIEW

  • The Engineering Manager will be responsible for leading (6) Product Design/Mechanical Design Engineers while acting as the Group "Lead". This position will act as the "functional expert" within the group.
  • Candidate will be responsible for Project Scheduling and Resource Planning
  • Coach/Develop/Mentor Engineers
  • Responsible for completing detailed models and drawings that meet Design Requirements.
  • Support issue resolution activities during machine builds and performance trials
  • Responsible for Bill of Materials for new equipment and service offers.
  • Conducting and supporting design reviews with Executive Leadership



POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Design, or related technical field is required for consideration
  • Candidate should have strong working knowledge of design software (i.e. SOLIDWORKS, AUTOCAD, etc)
  • Leadership experience is preferred but not a requirement.
  • Candidate should be comfortable presenting information to Senior Leadership.
