Customer Advocates are a new team at Miro that is being piloted in FY25. The mission of the Customer Advocate is to create a best-in-class customer experience and unblock customers in their journey to adopt Miro more widely, create product champions, and ultimately, drive sales.About the Role The Customer Advocate is a Miro product, plan, and process expert - helping (future) customers make informed purchase and usage decisions, connecting customers to the right resources, providing timely product recommendations, and capturing product feedback.This is an excellent opportunity to eventually break into a quota-carrying role such as Sales or Customer Success, while also helping build a new function at Miro and making a positive customer impact every dayWhat youll do Consistently find ways to improve customer satisfaction through your day-to-day interactions with customersHandle all inbound inquiries within the Respond to customer questions on the phone, email, or chatExplain, demo, and recommend Miro use cases and product features during live customer interactionsPosition Miro plans and license structures based on customer needsContribute to the team playbook and process improvementsCapture product feedback from customers and summarize it back to our Product team to help inform the product roadmap prioritizationWhat youll need 2+ years in a customer-facing or customer-interaction roleExperience supporting customers as a subject matter expertExperience handling high workload volumes with successful resolutionsA positive, can-do attitude and customer-friendly demeanorComfort with ambiguity and the ability to think on your feetA 0-inbox mentalityWhat's in it for you 401k matching + Competitive equity packageExcellent Medical, Dental and Vision health benefitsFertility & Family Forming BenefitsFlexible time offLunch, snacks and drinks provided in the officeWellbeing benefit and WFH equipment allowanceAnnual learning and development allowance to grow your skills and careerUp to $2,000 of charitable donation matches each yearAbout Miro Miro is a visual workspace for innovation that enables distributed teams of any size to build the next big thing.
