Job Description

Join our dynamic Accounting team as a Property Accountant In this role, you will be responsible for handling bank reconciliations, preparing month-end financial statements, processing invoices, and managing the cash position of a portfolio of multi-family properties. This includes paying bills, completing bank reconciliations, and analyzing the financial position of each property. You will apply independent judgment to ensure transactions are recorded in accordance with our requirements and applicable accounting principles. Your contribution will be crucial in maintaining the financial health of our apartment complexes, which cater to both students and residents of 55+ communities.

This is a permanent position.

Work Environment

Enjoy the flexibility of working remotely one day per week, either Thursday or Friday. Our core office hours are from 9 AM to 3 PM, Monday to Wednesday, with options to work remotely due to weather conditions or personal health. You will be part of a close-knit team of four, including three other property accountants.
