Job Description

The Project Engineer will be responsible for assisting the Project Management and Field Teams in the construction of PROCON’s design build commercial projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate who is looking to get into Project Management. The Project Engineer will provide tactical support to Project Managers and Superintendents in coordinating the activities of the project to ensure cost, schedule, and document control while acting as a conduit between the office and field. Assist the project management team on construction administration tasks Process and distribute submittals and RFI’s Assist with tracking and maintaining project schedules Support the Project Manager and Superintendent with meeting agendas, minutes, logs, and reports Effectively manage multiple vendors and subcontractors Support project in procuring and tracking the required products, materials, and equipment Organize, Maintain and Track Project Documentation in Procore. Assist in project closeout procedures Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field Prior Internship with a construction management firm or general contractor preferred Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently Ability to travel to project Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to problem solve and strategize for optimal solutions Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships within the construction industry MS Office Suite, Bluebeam, and Procore Project Management Software preferred Additional Information
