Mission Within the Remarketing department, the mission is to manage CRM projects & product. You will mobilize all the stakeholders and orchestrate the CRM deliveries, in time and quality, all along the project phases, from framing to final delivery. Activities Ensure the "product ownership" of CRM activities (security and stability, rights management, data quality and processing, functional architecture, integration with other tools). With the team, contribute via the implementation of functionalities/campaigns/operations/actions to the achievement of the business and marketing objectives defined with the management and the countries. Ensure the scoping, prioritization and "agile" implementation of new projects, deployments and CRM evolutions. Enrich the CRM processes (Database/Care management) throughout the prospect/customer lifecycle, enforce them in B2B/B2C and monitor/optimize country activity. Develop customer knowledge, analyze campaign results and make recommendations. Train and provide functional support to countries on CRM tools. Coordinate the various service providers, monitor the budget and ensure ROI. List of Deliverables Expected With the team and the countries, contribute actively and concretely via CRM to the implementation of projects/features/improvements/campaigns/operations/actions allowing to reach the business and marketing objectives of the department and the countries fixed with the Comex and General Managers. Ensure an agile delivery (framing, grooming, sprint planning, dsm, demo, retro), a qualitative/robust development of CRM tools (qualitative design of interfaces/UX, security and stability of the tool, quality and relevance of the data, securing flows, integration with other tools, rights management, simplification of the architecture and developments, integrated production) and an effective and regular communication/training on the development of the product. Administration of the backlog & Specs of the US/Bugs, follow-up of the features in collaboration with the product manager, preparation and active participation in the synchronization and prioritization ceremonies of the Digital Operations department/team. Respect of the priorities decided in team/with the management/countries and the rules of agile collaboration/transverse supervision. Ensure a quality/integrated and timely deployment of the CRM in the countries whether B2B (via country deployment) or B2C (via Retail CRM). Ensure a good level of sponsorship, a good grasp of the tools and the rigorous application of the CRM/Care processes set up internationally. Ensure the scoping, implementation and monitoring of results for the following CRM projects and evolutions planned to date in the 2023 remarketing timeline. Provide quality and responsive functional support to the countries and the CRM team. Train, coach, document and challenge requests to prioritize and progress. Educate countries on the application of new CRM/Care processes. Skills & Abilities Excellent knowledge of Salesforce Sale Cloud & Service Cloud (ideally certified). Scrum/Agile and Kanban management methods. Azure DevOps, MS Planner or similar backlog planning tool. Digital mindset, preferable skills/background in Product ownership, CRM, UX or similar. Good organizational, management and collaboration skills. Excellent listening and communication skills. Rigorous in the daily management of the product.
