Working with colleagues who love what they do and are deeply committed to our Mission, you too can be part of our transformation across the enterprise Business Development Director, HSS Florida Full-Time Overview: HSS, the world leader in musculoskeletal health, is seeking an executive to lead HSS Florida's business development activities. The position will report to the HSS Florida CEO and work closely with the HSS VP of Strategy and Business Development to grow HSS Florida's market share in Florida. Key Responsibilities Primary Care Alignment: * Analyze key market data to develop a primary care alignment strategy. * Develop a tracking mechanism to measure success of efforts to grow market share. * Develop strong relationships with primary care groups to better meet their musculoskeletal patient needs, including developing strategies for patient navigation, sharing medical records, and easy scheduling access. * Develop a strategy for accountable care organizations and other risk-based managed care groups in Florida. Strategic Partnership Management: * Identify, develop, and manage external partnerships with employers and other large organizations. * Work as part of cross-functional team to develop and operationalize strategic partnerships. * Coordinate with HSS marketing team on an integrated strategy for community and brand awareness. * Serve as representative for HSS Florida at community events, as requested by HSS Florida CEO. Strategy Development & Execution: * Monitor industry trends, conduct competitive intelligence, and evaluate HSS Florida's market position on an ongoing basis. * Oversee development of internal/external materials around strategy including communications to board members, medical staff, and external audiences. * Drive initiatives to increase market share and market capture working closely with the HSS Florida CEO and HSS VP of Strategy and Business Development. Qualifications Desired Skills & Experience * Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred or equivalent experience, preferably in management or health care. * 5+ years of experience in business development, strategic planning, sales, or client relations in a health care environment. * Experience and comfort level collaborating and working closely with senior-level executives and high-profile individuals. * Demonstrated track record of success with strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
