Summary:

As an Advertising Campaign Manager, you will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing, planning, executing, and analyzing advertising campaigns across various channels. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of effective and impactful campaigns that align with the organization's goals and objectives. This position requires a blend of creative thinking, strategic planning, project management skills, and a deep understanding of advertising principles and industry trends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive advertising campaign strategies aligned with business objectives, target audience demographics, and market trends.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns across multiple channels such as digital, social media, print, television, radio, and outdoor advertising.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling and innovative advertising materials including ad copies, visuals, videos, and other creative assets.
  • Manage advertising campaign budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI and achieve campaign objectives.
  • Conduct media research, negotiate advertising rates, and manage relationships with media vendors to secure the best placements and maximize advertising reach.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics tools. Generate insights and actionable recommendations to optimize campaign performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, sales, product development, and external agencies to align advertising campaigns with overall marketing strategies and business goals.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges for advertising campaigns.
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in English language skills at either B2 or C1 level is required
  • English Resume is required
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • 4 years experience working in advertising, marketing, or related roles, with a focus on campaign management.
  • Strong understanding of advertising principles, strategies, and best practices across various channels.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using advertising platforms, analytics tools, and media buying software,
  • Creative thinking with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Ability to adapt to changes and thrive in a dynamic and evolving industry landscape.
