Key Responsibilities: Contribute to reshape and redesign the blended and updated Manufacturing Excellence Framework of a leading €14 B, 150 plant Company. Active participation in the revamping of the Continuous improvement framework and roadmap. Coach and train teams on the new CI journey ways of working. Perform/support sites CI Diagnostics, improvements and health checks in sites as described in our new revamped CI roadmap. Be an ambassador for the overall Lean Six Sigma training deployment program. Orchestrate best practice and knowledge sharing forums. Execute benchmarking exercises. Participate in overall GOE communication strategy and deployment. Participate in the deployment of performance recognition programs. You Bring: Master’s degree by education and extensive working experience and high expertise in manufacturing/operations. Certified LSS Black Belt with 5 to 10 years of experience in the LSS world or a Master Black Belt. Profound knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma in the field of operations, consulting in & outside dsm-firmenich. Know the industrial competence developments in several geographical areas. Know the external benchmark about what world class is. Must be able to act independently.
