Sales Account Manager Our client is looking for a collaborative and engaging Sales Account Manager to manage and support the company’s existing accounts. This individual will be tasked with providing exceptional customer service to clients and working with said clients to develop solutions to their trailer and chassis leasing needs. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a proven track record of success in sales.

Responsibilities:

Effectively communicate both internally with colleagues and externally with customers via phone/video call, email, and/or face-to-face meetings. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by providing excellent customer service and business solutions which uphold the Company’s values. Understand clients' needs and objectives and develop customized solutions for their trailer and chassis leasing needs. Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests, including warranty issues and billing questions. Address and resolve client issues and concerns promptly and effectively and escalate to management where needed. Continuously engage with existing clients to proactively rectify, drive potential added revenue, and facilitate renewals to improve retention rates. Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling of leasing products and complementary services. Provide guidance and support during the onboarding process for new clients. Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, transactions, and communications. Analyze Company data to identify areas of opportunity for improvement. Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamic to develop strategies for client retention and business innovation.

Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in business/related field or relevant experience. 3-5+ years of experience in a similar role with a track record of success in sales and/or customer service. Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software. Exceptional communications skills, both oral and written. Personable, with a demonstrated history of creating and fostering positive client relationships. Knowledgeable of the trailer/chassis industry and its current trends. Organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills. Excellent problem solving, decision-making, and customer service skills. Technologically savvy, demonstrating proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel and CRM systems.
