Job Description

SCOPE OF POSITION
The corporate development and growth department plays a vital role in shaping the future of Ballad Health by supporting the organization's business development strategy. The Corporate Development and Growth Analyst is responsible for supporting a broad range of projects related to the strategic growth opportunities of Ballad Health. The position will be a support role through strategy development and business planning, research and analytics, and project management.
  • Provide general support for all corporate development and growth initiatives, including market research, statistical and planning analysis, and demographics and healthcare-centric market analysis and planning.
  • Conduct specialized research, interviews, and analysis to evaluate market landscapes, competitors, and current business strategies.
  • Support cross-functional project teams to manage and execute high-value initiatives.
  • Assist coordination of internal and external stakeholders through scheduling of meetings and other events.
  • Crosstrain with Strategy Planning department to assist with gathering, assimilating, and analyzing data to provide decision-making support for strategic growth opportunities.

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
    Bachelor's degree or above required in healthcare administration, business administration, or related healthcare field.
  • Strategic mindset with focus analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
